Buzzed honingbier started as a simple wish: a proper local beer made with proper local honey, tied to the place it comes from. We brew it together with Brouwerij Hommeles and beekeeper Leo Gensen of HNYB, and it's bound up with the Food-y-Fort festival out at Fort bij Rijnauwen in Bunnik.
