Fermentation tanks & bottling line

What this loan funds
De-Grow Lab proved the demand for a radically local, 100% Dutch kombucha — now it needs the kit to make it permanently. Larger 1,000-litre fermenters and a small bottling-and-labelling line move the brew out of hand-filled pilot runs and into steady weekly production, while keeping every ingredient Dutch and organic. With production capacity in place, De-Grow Lab can launch new seasonal flavours as their own campaigns. Backers are repaid a fixed annual dividend over three years and receive bottles from the next batch.
Backing a farm is a real-world commitment. Here's what the farmer has flagged could affect this campaign.
- Equipment failure
- Rising input costs
- Rule changes
- A failed ferment batch delays bottling
The farm you’re backing
De-Grow Lab brews Nabij kombucha to stimulate degrowth and radically local production. Every ingredient is 100% Dutch and organic — Dutch tea, Dutch beet sugar, and seasonal botanicals from pollinator-friendly growers like Wilder Land. The name 'Nabij' means 'nearby', with a nod to the Dutch word for bee.
