Mokums Supersap is a 100% organic apple juice made for Amsterdam from high-quality Flevoland fruit. The 2021 Supersap campaigns were a great success, giving top-quality organic fruit from so-called 'residual streams' a much better destination. Pressed from fruit grown by Robert Elshof in Dronten, the juice is shelf-stable for up to two years without refrigeration. This 2022 campaign is part of the Local2Local short-supply-chain initiative and is now complete.
